If you are unable to download a file from your account, it is likely due to one of two reasons:
1. "Download Attempts Exceeded" Error For security reasons, our system allows a maximum of 10 download attempts per file.
Why this happens: Sometimes clicking a link repeatedly or browser auto-refreshing can use up these attempts quickly.
How to fix it: Please Submit a Support Ticket. Let us know which order number or file is affected, and our support team will manually reset the download limit for you.
2. The Product has Retired Our download links remain active for as long as the product is available in the shop.
If a product retires or a designer leaves: The files remain available in your account for a grace period of 90 days.
After 90 days: The files are permanently deleted from our servers to save space and cannot be recovered or re-downloaded.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage you to download and back up your purchases immediately after buying to ensure you always have access to your files.
