Understanding the difference between Personal Use and Commercial Use is vital to ensuring you are using your downloads legally.
1. Personal Use (PU) Most products in our shop are licensed for Personal Use Only.
What is allowed: You can use these items to create layouts for your own scrapbooks, print wall art for your own home, or create handmade greeting cards to give to friends and family as gifts.
What is NOT allowed: You cannot use "Personal Use" items to create anything that generates income.
2. Commercial Use (CU) Items marked "Commercial Use" are designed to help you build your business. We offer some of the highest usage limits in the industry (often allowing for high-volume sales or unlimited use).
No Resale: Regardless of the limit, you may never re-sell our original files as-is. They must be incorporated into a new, unique design.
How do I know which license a product has? We make it easy to check the license before you buy:
Under the Product Name: Look just below the main title of the product. You will see the License Type listed clearly next to the Product Code.
The "Terms of Use" Column: On the right-hand side of every product page, look for the "Terms of Use" heading. There you will find a direct link to the specific license agreement for that item.
Can I upgrade a license? Yes! Some products offer a choice between Personal and Commercial/Professional licenses.
If an upgrade is available, you will see a dropdown menu or selection option on the product page.
Simply select the license you need (e.g., "Extended License") before adding the item to your cart.
