Payment Methods: What do you accept & why was my card declined?

  • Credit & Debit Cards: All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) via Stripe.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, and Link.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Split your purchase into payments with Affirm, Afterpay / Clearpay, or Klarna.

  • PayPal: Standard PayPal balance or connected cards.

  • Regional Methods: Bancontact and EPS.

Why was my card declined? If you receive a "Declined" error, we do not receive specific details about why (for your privacy, the bank does not tell us). Common reasons include:

  1. Incorrect Billing Address: The zip code entered must match the card's billing statement exactly.

  2. International Restrictions: Since we are a digital shop, some banks flag international transactions for review.

  3. Typos: Double-check the CVV code (the 3 numbers on the back) and expiration date.

Solution: Please try checking your billing details or using PayPal or a Digital Wallet (like Apple Pay) as an alternative method, as they often have a higher success rate for digital goods.
