Getting "File Corrupted" or "Archive" errors? Read this first.

Modified on Wed, 7 Jan at 6:06 PM

If you receive an error message saying "File Corrupted," "Unexpected End of Archive," or "Format not recognized" when trying to open a zip file, the file is usually fine!

This error almost always means the download was interrupted before it finished (even if it looks like it finished).

How to fix it:

  1. Delete the file you currently have on your computer.

  2. Clear your browser cache.

  3. Go back to your Account or Order History.

  4. Re-download the file. (Try using a different browser if the issue persists).

If you have tried this twice and are still having issues, please submit a ticket and we will check the file on our server.
